Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property & Casualty Quoting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate homeowners, GL, WC insurance quotes, communicating effectively with clients, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of property and casualty insurance, particularly homeowners coverage, and possess excellent communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse client base. Duties Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information for property and casualty insurance quotes Prepare and deliver homeowners insurance quotes based on client needs and coverage options Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and responsive communication Provide clear explanations of policy options, coverage details, and pricing to clients Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate quoting and timely follow-up on client inquiries Stay informed about basic homeowners insurance policies and industry standards to deliver reliable service Assist in identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotes provided, and follow-up activities Skills Billingual preferred, Spanish/English, Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on client interaction and relationship building Knowledge of property and casualty insurance, especially homeowners coverage (basic understanding required) Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively Ability to interpret insurance policies and explain complex information clearly Customer service orientation with a professional attitude Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Adaptability to learn industry updates and improve quoting accuracy over time This role is ideal for individuals passionate about insurance, customer service, and helping clients protect their homes.
