As a Security Officer Full Time Spanish Customer Service Patrol in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a government cultural location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for visitors and staff. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to museum visitors, staff, contractors, and government personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, public areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and assist with maintaining orderly entry, visitor flow, and restricted-area access in accordance with site policies. Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
