We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team! In this role your primary responsibility will be to delight our customers every day. This entails answering phone calls, text messages and emails, responding to inquiries, solving problems, providing quotes and estimates and following up in a timely manner. Previous experience in the shed moving, transportation or logistics industry is not necessary. We provide comprehensive training on all technical aspects required to be successful in the role. So that means we are open to training new team members with limited hands-on experience. What is required is a personable disposition, positive can-do attitude, acute attention to detail, reliable transportation/attendance and a strong work ethic.
