Elysium Tile Florida is hiring an Order Processor/ Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily support the outside sales representatives and handle order processing. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates. You will assist our clients with order questions, stock questions, etc. Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Review daily emails
• Input orders into company system
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide email and phone support to our dealers and sales team Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Know the correct typing technique and can reach typing speed 40 words per minute
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
