Full-Time Customer Service Associate Duren's Piggly Wiggly is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individual for a Full-Time Customer Service Associate position. Position Summary The Customer Service Associate provides friendly and professional assistance to customers while supporting the daily operations of the front end. This position requires strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and money-management skills. The successful candidate must have open availability and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent, friendly, and professional customer service. Greet customers and assist with questions, concerns, returns, refunds, exchanges, and other customer service needs. Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately. Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist with opening and closing front-end and customer service operations. Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department. Provide clear direction and guidance to cashiers, baggers, and other front-end employees. Help coordinate employee breaks and ensure proper front-end coverage. Resolve customer concerns calmly, respectfully, and professionally. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer service area. Follow all company cash-handling, safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures. Complete additional duties as assigned by management. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
