We are growing and looking for an experienced, energetic Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. At Legacy, our CSR team is more than the front desk—you are the Director of First Impressions and an important part of creating the Legacy experience for every client and pet who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, compassionate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced veterinary environment . What We're Looking For Veterinary experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate:

Has previous veterinary reception/CSR experience Provides excellent customer service Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable discussing veterinary services and costs with clients Can multitask while remaining organized Works well under pressure Is dependable and punctual Is comfortable with computers, scheduling software, phones, texting, and email Understands the importance of teamwork and accountability Truly enjoys working with both people and animals Why Legacy?
