We are seeking friendly & energetic individuals to fulfill part-time and full-time positions for a fast-paced, casual, Asian fusion restaurant concept that specializes in providing reasonably priced, high-quality, fresh, and all-made-in-house cuisine. Our front of house team members are very important members of our staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the customer. They also answer any questions that the customer have as well as ensure all customers enjoy their time in the cafe and leave happy.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers in understanding the menu and making selections. Take orders efficiently and input them correctly into the POS system. Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and meet Tin Drum quality standards. Package takeout orders correctly and promptly. Process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or digital payments. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including dining tables, bathrooms,and beverage stations. Assist in setting up, stocking, and refilling condiments and supplies as needed. Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow. Communicate effectively with the team to maintain high efficiency during peak hours. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or food service Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads (e.g., trays, supply boxes).

Pay:

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
