Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, direct, and coordinate transportation operations Maintain accurate transportation documentation Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and coworkers Utilize phones, email, texting, and Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel) Monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Creative problem-solving abilities Intermodal experience strongly preferred Professional and dependable with strong punctuality Eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation required Must pass a background check and drug screening
