Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and inventory status via phone, email, or chat. Process incoming orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar software, and inventory management tools. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of products, adhering to order fulfillment standards. Assist with shipping logistics including scheduling pickups, managing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Maintain precise data entry records for inventory transactions, stock levels, and order updates using Microsoft Office applications and inventory management software. Support warehouse distribution activities such as stocking shelves, load & unload operations with equipment like pallet jacks and reach trucks. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations, improve order accuracy, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (such as AS400), and inventory management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Experience with shipping logistics, including shipping & receiving procedures and international trade regulations when applicable. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (including reach trucks), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving in high-volume environments. Basic math skills for order calculations, stock counts, and data accuracy verification. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, order fulfillment, and trade compliance standards. Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to support seamless order processing.
