Overview We are looking for an insurance account manager who is responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of insurance clients while building strong customer relationships. This role serves as the primary contact for policyholders, assisting with policy changes, renewals, claims support, billing questions, and coverage recommendations. This specific role will work with commercial clients and will require multiple insurance licenses. Duties Interact with customers regularly, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person promptly. Process new business applications, quotes, renewals, changes, etc. Conduct annual policy reviews, identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Work directly with insurance carriers regarding underwriting requirements, submitting applications and endorsements. Assist clients with reporting claims, explaining the process, and following up to ensure satisfactory claim resolution. Answer any billing questions, assist with payment options, and resolve and discrepancies. Qualifications 1-3 years of insurance agency or customer service experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty and Health Insurance licenses or ability to obtain within a few months upon hiring.

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
