Job Description
Septic Solutions is a family-owned and operated leader in septic systems and wastewater products. For over 30 years, we've grown steadily by serving customers through e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our order entry and customer service team. In this role, you'll handle order processing, support customers across phone, chat, and email, and help keep the office running smoothly. What You'll Do Order Processing & Fulfillment Enter customer and order data into QuickBooks to create accurate invoices Generate and process shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, and USPS Occasionally pick, pack, and ship orders as needed Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls, live website chats, and email inquiries Help customers with product questions, order status, shipping/delivery issues, and warranty claims Handle customer concerns and work with management to find fair resolutions Office Support Perform data entry and record-keeping as needed Help keep common office areas organized Complete general office tasks and occasional errands What We're Looking For Associate's degree or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly approach with customers, vendors, and teammates Self-motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team Strong prioritization skills and a drive to meet goals Genuine interest in contributing to a growing, established company What We Offer Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses Variety and opportunity — we value people who take initiative and help across the business Stable Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Minimum of 9 paid holidays Paid time off 401(k) with company match QSEHRA health/medical reimbursement plan Join a company that values reliability, teamwork, and growth.
