This facility supports nationwide transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution services within a fast-paced supply chain environment. [dnb.com], [property.c...mpstak.com] This role is ideal for candidates with customer service experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment who enjoy working directly with customers, managing orders, and supporting daily operations. Job Responsibilities Process inbound and outbound customer orders Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel regarding daily order activity Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipment documentation Track inbound and outbound shipments Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with inventory reconciliation Maintain customer and vendor databases Generate inventory and activity reports Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Coordinate daily shipping and receiving requirements Ensure order accuracy and timely communication between office and warehouse teams Maintain customer order tracking systems and records Support additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or distribution preferred Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to type at least 30 WPM Experience maintaining databases and customer records Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High School Diploma or GED required
