Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining organized product presentation to enhance the shopping environment. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including cash drawer handling and balancing registers at shift end. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred; familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is essential. Supervising experience is a plus, especially in overseeing team members during shifts or training new staff. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases.
