This is an in-office position serving a diverse customer base, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and is comfortable explaining insurance policies, coverages, options, and policy changes clearly and accurately in Spanish and English. Because this is a regulated insurance industry, the selected candidate will be required to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license before beginning the position. We provide and pay for the required training. The candidate is responsible for the $202 licensing examination fee, and once the candidate successfully passes the examination, the agency will reimburse the exam cost and cover the cost of obtaining the insurance license. Ability to learn insurance products, coverages, policies, and procedures.
