Customer Service Representative — Office (Entry Level)

• About the role
• Region Roofing and Remodeling is looking for a dependable office customer service rep to be the first voice our customers hear. This is an entry-level position — no industry experience required. We'll train you on everything you need to know. Most of your day is on the phone: answering incoming calls, returning messages, and making sure nobody falls through the cracks.
• What you'll do
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the right person
• Return voicemails and follow up on missed calls same day
• Take down customer information accurately and log it in our system
• Schedule appointments and keep the team updated
• Basic office support — filing, data entry, light paperwork
• What we're looking for
• Clear, friendly phone manner
• Reliable and on time
• Comfortable with a computer and typing
• Able to stay organized when the phone is busy
• High school diploma or GED
• Room to grow
• This is a starting point, not a dead end. We promote from within. If you show up, learn the business, and handle yourself well with customers, there are higher-paying positions available on our team — and we'd rather move you up than hire someone new.
• Schedule & location
• Mon-Fri in-office. Must be willing to take calls and return calls after 5pm and on weekends. Additonal pay available.
