Job Description

CSR PRIMARY DUTIES

•

COUNTER SOLICIT EVERY CUSTOMER

•

ALL CLERICAL, BILL PAYING & GENERAL FILING

•

TAKE PAYMENTS

•

GET SET-UP ON ALL DELINQUENT COUNTER PAYMENT

•

PREPARE DAILY DEPOSIT

•

PULLING BUREAUS AND CHECKING CREDIT

•

TYPING LOANS

•

HANDLE PRESENT PAYDAY CUSTOMERS

•

PUTTING DOCUMENTS TOGETHER AFTER LOAN IS CLOSED AND SCANNING THEM TO SCAN123

•

HANDLE RECORDING, RELEASING, TITLES

•

PREPARE MAIL SOLICITATION TO CURRENT AND FORMER CUSTOMERS

•

PHONE SOLICIT MONTHLY

•

DO DAILY CLOSE OUT

•

COLLECTION WORK

•

TAKING CREDIT APPLICATIONS
