Veterinary Wellness Center of Provincetown is looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary practice. About Us Veterinary Wellness Center of Provincetown is a rapidly growing, privately owned veterinary hospital focused on integrative, compassionate care. We are a community-based practice that values the human-animal bond and prides ourselves on delivering high-quality medicine with a personal touch. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and dedicated to both patient care and client education. No veterinary experience is necessary! We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is confident with computers, has excellent phone and communication skills, and enjoys working with people and animals in a fast-paced environment. Our practice is focused on providing high-quality, compassionate, Fear Free veterinary care while creating a positive experience for both our clients and our team. What You'll Do As a Client Service Representative, you will be an important part of the client experience and the daily flow of the hospital.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and patients warmly and professionally Answering and managing a busy multi-line telephone system Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow Checking clients in and out Processing payments and handling client accounts Responding to client questions by phone, email, and text Communicating clearly with veterinarians and the medical team Entering and updating information accurately in our computer systems Managing medical records and client information Calling clients with updates and follow-up information Helping maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area Assisting the team wherever needed Providing exceptional customer service during both routine and stressful situations What We're Looking For You don't need veterinary experience — we can teach you the veterinary side of the job. We are looking for someone who: Is comfortable and proficient with computers and learning new software Has excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Is friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Pays close attention to detail Is dependable and follows through on responsibilities Works well as part of a team Can remain calm and professional when things get busy Is willing to learn and take direction Has a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help Understands that veterinary medicine can be emotional and unpredictable at times Enjoys working around dogs, cats, and their people Why Join Us?
