Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Client Care Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will make a meaningful difference in patient experiences. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate record management, and adherence to health regulation policies. Your proactive approach will help foster trust and satisfaction among our clients while supporting the smooth operation of our medical office. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through appointment processes Manage patient scheduling using electronic health records (EHR) and patient management software to optimize clinic flow Verify insurance information, process billing, and assist with health insurance inquiries to ensure accurate financial transactions Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy laws and health regulation policies Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence via phone and email Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate timely care delivery Support staff with electronic health records (EHR) management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Skills Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting with strong knowledge of medical terminology and health regulation policies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes Experience with patient management software and electronic health records (EHR/EHR) systems such as EMR/EHR platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person Strong understanding of health insurance processes, billing procedures, and maintaining patient confidentiality Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of medical administrative support functions including appointment scheduling, data entry, and document handling Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication enhances patient care experiences!
