Dispensary Agent - Reception & Customer Service Four Green Fields - Street, Maryland Four Green Fields is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Dispensary Agent to join our team. This position will be primarily reception-focused, serving as the first point of contact for every customer entering the dispensary. The right person will be welcoming and personable while remaining highly attentive to identification, compliance, customer flow, and front-desk organization. Cannabis knowledge is helpful, but professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people are more important. Primary Responsibilities Welcome customers and create a professional, comfortable first impression Verify identification and customer eligibility before entry Check in adult-use customers and medical patients accurately Answer basic questions about the dispensary, ordering process, and current menu Manage customer flow and communicate wait times when necessary Answer incoming phone calls and direct questions appropriately Maintain an organized, clean, and secure reception area Monitor the entrance and follow all security and access procedures Assist customers with online ordering and account-related questions Communicate clearly with sales-floor employees and management Support sales-floor operations when needed Follow all company policies and Maryland cannabis regulations What We're Looking For Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and composed demeanor Excellent attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfort enforcing identification and entry requirements consistently Ability to remain organized in a busy, fast-moving environment Basic computer and point-of-sale proficiency Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team Willingness to learn about cannabis products and Maryland regulations Previous reception, hospitality, retail, medical-office, or customer-service experience preferred Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must be eligible to obtain any registration or credential required for employment in a Maryland cannabis dispensary Must successfully complete all required background and employment screenings Must be available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to remain standing for extended periods and perform normal retail duties About Four Green Fields Four Green Fields is a locally operated medical and adult-use cannabis dispensary serving Harford County and the surrounding community.
