Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with insurance agents.
• Follow a structured call script to effectively communicate company offerings.
• Update and maintain accurate records of agent interactions.
• Gather and verify updated agent information in our database.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for agents.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

Requirements:

• Must live locally in the Lansing, MI area (this is an in-office position).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, and internet navigation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining professionalism.
