Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our front desk. Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text and email
Check in/out patients
Provide information about products and services
Assist customers with any questions or concerns
Schedule appointments
Work with other members of the team Skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience is preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer systems and applications
Must be able to work in a team environment
