Here's how you'll do it: Greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries Undertake general administration duties Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds What you'll bring We believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration.
