File Savers Data Recovery is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to fulfill our 6 am-230 pm morning time slot. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll deliver exceptional service while guiding clients toward the best data recovery solutions for their needs. This role blends customer support with sales—so if you're a natural communicator with a knack for understanding people, you'll thrive here.

Compensation Highlights:

In addition to an hourly base salary, this position includes a commission structure based on sales performance. Your ability to connect with customers and promote our services directly translates into financial rewards—giving you control over your earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and promote new products or services. Utilize computer systems to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service delivery. Invoice customers, ship packages when case is completed and recieve packages daily and input device information into our customized CRM computer system. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Familiarity with call center operations is a plus. Proficiency in using office software and computer systems for data entry and analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
