Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering top-notch client services. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our practice management software. Process transactions, including cash handling, efficiently while adhering to company policies. Responding to requests for appointments. Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred.
