As a Client Services Agent, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and help them find the right solutions through our client partnerships. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to develop skills that can help you grow your career. What You'll Do Connect with customers who have expressed interest in our clients' products and services Provide a friendly, professional customer experience from start to finish Ask questions, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions Clearly explain products, services, and available options Assist customers through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support Work with your team to share ideas, improve customer experiences, and reach goals What We're Looking For Customer service, retail, sales, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine interest in helping people Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Motivated individuals who are excited to build professional and communication skills Why PF Communications?
