Summary:

Kotaco is a growing fuel and propane distributor with several locations. This position is full-time working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Excellent benefits are offered. We are seeking a highly motivated, positive individual with excellent customer service skills to represent Kotaco as a Customer Experience Specialist in our Harvey office. This position's primary responsibility is to complete daily tasks while providing outstanding customer service and driver support. The successful candidate will value working in and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails, and greet customers. Provide excellent assistance while answering questions and fulfilling requests. Maintain Accounts Receivable with consistency and reliability for the Harvey area. Accurately maintain customer account information and update as needed. File, copy, fax, and mail information as needed. Run reports, review order tickets, and post and send invoices. Utilize Google Docs and other industry-specific software to input inventories, process mail, complete deposits, and balance the cash box daily. Support drivers regarding customer deliveries and service. Take orders, log, and dispatch to drivers in a timely manner. Communicate daily with drivers and customers. Provide clear information and directions. Represent the company in a positive manner and adhere to the company's Core Values & Core Focus.

Qualifications:

Self-Motivated Honest Positive Respectful Strong communication skills Willingness to learn additional office functions and execute tasks in a timely manner. Proven interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and coworkers both in person and on the phone. Working knowledge and ability to work on the Microsoft Office package.
