Do you enjoy working with people and meeting their pet companions? Heart River Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time customer service representative to greet our 4-legged friends and their owners. A veterinary customer service representative performs various duties including: greeting clients and pets in a professional, courteous manner, checking clients in/out before and after appointments, maintaining cleanliness of waiting room and reception area. They receive incoming calls, verify patient information and schedule appointments, enter and receive payments accurately using credit card services, prepare and print daily reports. The customer service representatives are not required to work weekends but must be available to work hours between 6:45 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Pay:
