Responsibilities:

Assist patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies through phone and online interactions. Guide patients through program enrollment and eligibility requirements. Answer questions related to prescription assistance programs and medication access. Provide empathetic support and help resolve issues efficiently. Document interactions accurately and maintain patient records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Support administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:

Strong communication and active listening skills. A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service. Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
