Years Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Amazon Connect and AWS teams. Design, implement, and optimize Amazon Connect contact center solutions. Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems and third-party applications. Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, S3, and IAM. Build and enhance IVR, Chatbots, Call Routing, Analytics, and customer experience solutions. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools. Develop automation and backend solutions using Python. Act as the technical escalation point for critical issues and solution design challenges.
