The mission of the Customer Relations Specialist is to maximize customers satisfaction by ensuring that each of their experience is convenient, pleasant and cheerfully performed by our staff. Treat customers courteously and with the utmost respect at all times; make that customer feel appreciated and welcomed. Receipt payment for the All Service and Parts Customers Ensure all forms of payment are processed accordingly to dealership guidelines Verify accuracy of the customer's bill and answer all inquiries they may have by using the dealership's dealer management system and getting their Service Advisor involved, if necessary Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and or counter ticket. File accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets. Answer phone lines and direct calls, ensuring the Service Advisors receive all their calls and or messages

PROMPTLY

Assist with loaner vehicle process - check-in/check-out, utilization. Close out cash register and credit card machine at end of the day, balance cash on hand with tickets rung up. Make the drawer fund for the next business day Keep the register area neat and orderly at all times. Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual or manager for further communication.
