Strong computer and excellent communication skills are essential. Must be highly organized. Familiarity with the wholesale food industry a plus. You must be detail oriented, hands on and proactive, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities and skills required:

• Taking entering and transmitting customer orders
• Proficiency with MS Excel formulas
• Reconciliation of commission payments
• Management and maintain digital and print point of sale, brochures, etc.
• Review and manage order reporting and tracking software (we can train you on our system)
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints as well as outside salesperson issues via phone and email. Salary range $45K
• $65K depending upon experience.

We will train the right individual for this position.
