What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, while developing strong customer relationships with our important clients Process orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate service requests with internal teams Resolve client questions and issues in a timely, professional manner Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services Build strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of customer service or call center experience (refreshment or office supply industry is a plus. No retail) Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Professional phone presence and attention to detail Comfortable recommending products/services when appropriate Ability to handle routine issues independently Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

Starting Pay:
