Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication via phone and email Coordinate onboarding workflows and prepare advisors for meetings Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics Maintain and enhance CRM workflows and client data accuracy Support operational tasks and cross-team communication Handle client onboarding, client management, and follow-up Qualifications / What We're Looking For 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services or client-facing roles Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail A professional attitude with discretion and adaptability Why Join the Team?
