Growing established business looking for Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, accurate information and service.

Primary Duties:

• All associates have a personal responsibility and accountability to ensure their day-to-day activities adhere to company policies.
• Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls.
• Use active listening skills to determine customer needs and respond to inquiries, and build customer rapport.
• Process transactions accurately within established time standards.
• Identify, understand, and interpret customer needs to implement resolutions.
• Utilizes on-line reference materials to provide confident, accurate and efficient information.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma required, Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and staff.
• Above-average communication skills both verbal and written.
• The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with confidential information.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Expected hours:

max of 40 hours per week Experience level: Willing to train the right candidate.

Shift:
