Customer Service Representative (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Location:

King of Prussia, PA Salary:

$50K to $60K DOE Duties will include but are not limited to Manage incoming customer requests via email, phone and fa Process orders with accuracy and attention to detail Prepare Purchase Orders for Direct Shipment Order Prepare shipping documents for domestic/international order Manage Blanket Order Create Labels with Customer specific product information Work with sales staff to understand the customer product/service specifications for sales order Maintaining Customer Files for accuracy of Pricing, Customer Contact information, etc. Communicate with Customers regarding their specific order requirements Communicate with Customers regarding any issues that may affect the on-time delivery of a product Coordinate with Purchasing to procure back ordered material Coordinate with Warehouses for shipment of orders Work with Customer's Logistics Departments to arrange pick-up/shipment of orders Invoicing of orders Process Credits/Debits when necessary Coordinate with Team members to maintain workflow and provide high level of service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Distribution Business (Preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to learn and adapt to the company technology and product offerings Strong ability to learn and adapt to Software applications Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to work in a Team Environment, as well as independently Good communication skills Flexibility - able to adapt and embrace change Strong work ethic and reliable Min of 1 year work experience College Degree Preferred
