Customer Solutions Representative (Temporary) The Seasonal Customer Solutions Representative provides support to the Customer Solutions team during peak business periods. Responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, gathering and documenting customer information, entering data accurately into company systems, and routing inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary. This is a seasonal, temporary position in our office. During our busy season (starting in August), overtime may be required to support the increased demand from our dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Collect and document customer information accurately. Enter customer data and service requests into company databases and systems. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service while following company procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer and data entry proficiency. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
