Job Details:

Provide excellent customer service and patient support. Verify patient information. Answer inbound calls and may perform outbound calls assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Job Qualifications:

Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO

MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX

•Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS! High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory.
