We are seeking a Customer Service & Design Specialist to assist customers, create and modify artwork, prepare estimates, and help manage projects from concept to completion. This position combines customer service, graphic design, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales Assist customers in person, by phone, and through email. Help customers select products, develop project ideas, and understand available services. Prepare quotes, estimates, and work orders. Communicate project updates and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Follow up on proofs, approvals, and completed projects. Graphic Design Create and edit artwork Prepare production-ready files for production Review customer-supplied artwork and make necessary adjustments. Ensure files meet specifications for size, color, resolution, and production requirements. Project Coordination Coordinate project details between customers and production staff. Verify job specifications and maintain accurate project information. Assist with scheduling and workflow management. Review completed projects for quality and accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Graphic Design Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Understanding of print production and file preparation. Knowledge of vector graphics, color management, image resolution, and common file formats. Ability to create original designs and modify customer artwork. Preferred Experience 1-3 years of related industry experience. Experience working directly with customers. Experience preparing estimates and work orders. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift materials up to 100 pounds. Willingness to assist with basic production tasks when needed.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm; 30-minute lunch

Pay:

$14-$16/Hour based on experience with performance reviews

Pay:
