We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor. This position is ideal for someone with automotive sales, parts sales, or customer service experience in the automotive industry. Transmission and/or performance vehicle experience is a strong plus! Responsibilities Work directly with customers to understand their needs Provide product information, pricing, quotes, and recommendations Assist customers with automotive products and services Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person Process orders accurately and follow up with customers Meet deadlines and manage multiple customer requests Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships Work closely with the team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time Requirements Automotive service or sales experience required Transmission and/or performance vehicle knowledge is a strong plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Bilingual is a plus Valid Texas driver's license Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
