This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, warranty claims, service issues, and inbound phone calls while also assisting with daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position , with approximately 50% of the workday spent in customer service and 50% in the warehouse . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customers, solving problems, communicating professionally, and performing physical warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer service emails in a timely and professional manner Handle customer questions, concerns, complaints, and product support requests Process and manage warranty claims from start to finish Troubleshoot customer issues and determine appropriate solutions Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product and service questions Communicate with customers regarding warranty replacements, repairs, returns, and other service-related matters Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty claims, and resolutions Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Assist with warehouse operations approximately 50% of each shift Pick, pack, move, receive, and organize products and inventory Assist with shipping and receiving activities Inspect products for damage or defects when necessary Safely lift, carry, and move boxes and products weighing approximately 15-85 pounds Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area Perform other customer service and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and friendly phone manner Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to handle multiple customer requests and priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in both an office/customer service environment and a warehouse environment Must be physically capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing 15-85 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move products for significant portions of the workday Ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment as required Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate Customer-focused and genuinely enjoys helping people Patient and professional when dealing with difficult customers A good communicator who can clearly explain solutions Comfortable getting out from behind a desk and doing physical work Takes ownership of customer problems rather than simply passing them along Organized and able to follow through on warranty claims and open issues Works well in a fast-paced environment Has a strong work ethic and a "whatever needs to be done" attitude Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing 15-85 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry products Ability to safely perform warehouse duties throughout approximately 50% of the work shift
