Sales Support (Logistics) Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an exceptional Sales Representative in Southeast Houston. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to a global client base and supporting operations within an established international logistics leader. - Mastering all communication related to customer order requisitions
- Assisting in providing top-level customer service to global clients
- Managing incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone
- Creating quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors
- Conducting reviews on all orders to ensure full customer satisfaction What you'll need:
- Proven experience in International Logistics (REQUIRED)
- Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, email communication, and order management
- Excellent customer service skills with global accounts
Details:
- Competitive pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
