Iron Mountain Plumbing, Heating & Air is a locally owned, growing plumbing and HVAC company based in Cedar City, serving Southern Utah. We're looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to join our in-office team in Cedar City — someone who's organized, dependable, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be the first impression of Iron Mountain and a key part of how we take care of our customers. Why Join Us $16/hour + performance-based bonuses, with room to grow as we grow Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM (about 20 hrs/week) No nights, no weekends A team that recognizes and rewards good performance What You'll Do Answer incoming calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Listen to customers and help them book the service they need Schedule, confirm, and communicate appointment updates Call back customers who reached out or expressed interest but never booked, and help get them on the schedule Keep customer and scheduling info accurate, and communicate well with our field team Stay productive during slower call periods by working follow-ups instead of waiting for the phone to ring What Success Looks Like Customers feel cared for, opportunities get booked, follow-ups get done, and our technicians show up with everything they need — a five-star experience before they ever knock on the door. Genuinely enjoy talking with and helping people Have a warm, confident phone presence and stay calm under pressure Are dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Can juggle several priorities without losing track of the customer Communicate professionally by phone, text, and email Take initiative and are coachable Basic computer skills are required — you should be comfortable navigating a computer, typing, and switching between programs. You don't need experience with our specific software; we'll train you on our scheduling and phone systems. Previous customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or call center experience helps, but character, communication, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
