Job Description

Are you passionate about animals and providing top-notch customer service? Rose Hill Veterinary Practice is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team part-time. This position requires someone who loves working in a fast paced environment and enjoys engaging with clients to provide the best client/patient care possible.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls with efficiency
Maintaining/filing records
Serve as a bridge between our clients and veterinary team, ensuring excellent communication and care
Balance a cash drawer/prepare bank deposits.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

A friendly and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of all computer/office equipment
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
Customer service driven
Must be a team player
Veterinary experience is preferred.

Part-Time:

Approximately 38-40 hrs per week
