Dryworx Restoration is excited to introduce a new Customer Service Representative position designed to provide exceptional after-hours support to our customers. As this is a new role for our company, we're still evaluating the schedule and responsibilities to determine what works best for both our team and our customers. We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and excited to help shape this position as it grows. This is a position that serves as the first point of contact for customers experiencing emergency property damage. Work Schedule Monday through

Friday:

Remote, on-call coverage beginning at 4:00 PM through the following morning.

Weekends:

Coverage provided from our office. Weekend scheduling will be discussed during the interview process. While calls are not constant, you must be available to answer incoming calls promptly during your scheduled on-call periods. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls from customers experiencing emergency water damage, mold, sewage, fire, or other restoration needs. Gather important information from callers in a calm, compassionate, and professional manner. Enter customer information accurately into our scheduling software. Dispatch the appropriate on-call technician. Provide outstanding customer service during what is often a stressful situation for our customers. Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls and communications. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations. Reliable, dependable, and able to respond promptly during scheduled on-call times. Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience is a plus but not required. Compensation Compensation will include on-call pay with additional details discussed during the interview process.
