We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Casco team—someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and making each interaction a positive experience. What You'll Be Doing This role is all about listening, helping, and guiding our customers so they feel supported every step of the way. On any given day, you might: Answer phone calls, emails, or online messages from customers and help with their banking questions Walk customers through online banking, mobile services, or account changes so they feel confident and secure Troubleshoot problems and find solutions, making sure customers know you've got their back Connect people with the products and services that can make their lives easier Be an active part of team meetings where ideas, successes, and ways to improve are shared What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
