Kewaskum Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first and last person our clients interact with, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping pets receive exceptional care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can remain calm, organized, and positive even during busy or emotional situations. What You'll Do Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer a high volume of phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments efficiently based on patient needs and doctor availability. Check patients in and out while accurately processing payments. Maintain accurate medical records and client information. Communicate clearly with veterinarians and medical staff to coordinate patient care. Educate clients on preventive care, medications, appointments, and hospital services. Handle difficult or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism. Monitor email, text, and online communication platforms. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with administrative projects and daily clinic operations as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping people and animals. Able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software. Professional under pressure and able to adapt as priorities change. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive, solution-focused, and committed to providing outstanding client service. Preferred Qualifications Customer service or receptionist experience preferred. Veterinary, medical, or animal care experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right person. High school diploma or equivalent. PM Tuesday:

11:00 AM•7:00

PM Wednesday:

7:30 AM•3:30

PM Thursday:

11:00 AM•7:00

PM Every Other Friday:

7:30 AM•5:00 PM Every 6th

Saturday:
