Customer Service Representative / Collections / Accounts Receivable / Scale Operator Join the Harter's Lakeside Disposal Team! Harter's Lakeside Disposal is a family-owned, multi-generation, and growing company that takes pride in providing exceptional service to our customers and communities. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Collections / Accounts Receivable / Scale Operator. This is a fast-paced, full-time position that requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from residential and commercial customers Assist customers with service requests, account questions, and issue resolution Provide quotes for new residential and commercial services Process daily work orders and service requests Handle billing inquiries and explain invoices Perform collections calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist with Accounts Receivable functions Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks using the truck scale Maintain accurate customer and transaction records Work collaboratively with drivers, dispatch, and office staff to provide exceptional customer service Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Customer service, collections, or office experience preferred Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8-9hour shifts Occasional Saturdays as needed If you're looking to join a stable, growing company where your work makes a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you!
