Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a talented and innovative Sublimation/D.T.F./3D Design Specialist to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into stunning visual products through advanced sublimation printing, Direct-to-Film (D.T.F.) techniques, and 3D design. Your expertise will help bring vibrant, high-quality graphics to life across various media, including apparel, accessories, and promotional items. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine artistic vision with technical precision, ensuring each project stands out with exceptional detail and creativity. Duties Develop compelling digital designs using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand standards. Prepare artwork files optimized for sublimation printing, D.T.F., and 3D applications, maintaining accuracy in color theory and layout design. Create detailed 3D models and animations using Maya, SketchUp, or similar tools to visualize product concepts and prototypes. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs translate effectively onto various substrates through screen printing or sublimation processes. Incorporate hand-drawn illustrations and visual storytelling techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of designs across media platforms. Apply principles of typography design for media, ensuring readability and visual harmony in all digital art projects. Experiment with motion graphics and 2D animation using Adobe After Effects or similar software to produce engaging promotional content. Qualifications Proven experience in digital design, graphic arts, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing sublimation, D.T.F., or 3D design projects. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, SketchUp, Maya, and CAD tools. Knowledge of screen printing techniques, color theory, layout design, and print advertising standards. Familiarity with motion graphics and web design elements such as HTML and CSS is a plus. Strong understanding of visual arts painting, illustration skills (hand-drawn or digital), and visual storytelling methods. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
