Day Shift Who We Are:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter/Finisher to join our production team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of delivering a flawless finished product.
What You'll Do:
Prepare, paint, stain, and finish cabinet components to company quality standards. Inspect each piece to ensure complete and accurate coverage before it leaves production. Read and interpret production drawings and plans. Sand, prep, and touch up cabinet surfaces as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Identify and correct defects before products are shipped. What's In It for

Have:
Previous cabinet finishing or cabinet shop experience is highly preferred. Ability to read and understand production plans and drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ideally speak both Russian and English. Experience using spray equipment, stains, paints, and finishing products. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Attention to detail is critical Must be able to read production plans Knowledge on air sprayer painting Must be dependable with a stable work history Must have professional finishing experience
Preferred:
Cabinet shop or custom woodworking experience. Experience with high-end cabinet finishing techniques. Familiarity with production manufacturing environments. Ability to communicate in both Russian and English.
