We are seeking a skilled, motivated Mid-Level Low Voltage Technician to join our team. You will represent our commitment to excellence and sophistication, ensuring every project is completed with the precision our clients expect. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of low voltage experience. Experience with high-end residential A/V and smart home automation is highly valued.
Systems Expertise:
We are looking for someone comfortable with premium automation platforms such as Control4, Josh.ai, and similar high-end ecosystems .
Skills:
Demonstrated competency in running wire, system troubleshooting, and hardware installation. Ability to lead and manage team efficiency with minimal oversight.
Equipment:
Must possess own basic hand tools and drill. (Specialized test equipment and specific tools provided by Trident).
Travel:
Ability to travel 12-15 days per month to out-of-state job sites.
Professionalism:
Must maintain a clean driving record and a professional demeanor suitable for our luxury clientele.
Technical Leadership:
You may be required to lead a crew, ensuring that every wire run, connection, and hardware placement reflects our high standards.
Project Precision:
You will manage commercial installations by applying the same meticulous attention to detail required in high-end AV racks and structured cabling.
Strategic Execution:
Tasks include interpreting I/O schedules, sensor integration, and controller programming, requiring a "first-time right" mindset.
